Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
The majority of our orders are delivered within 1 to 9 business days. The delay will vary according to the country and shipping service chosen.
Am I provided a tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email address upon shipment. In some rare cases, the tracking number won't be available but insurance will be offered.
What should I do in case of a lost shipment?
All parcels are shipped fully insured therefore customers have nothing to worry about! If a parcel happens to be lost, our team will conduct an investigation. Once confirmed missing, the order will be re-shipped express immediately.
Do you have a return or an exchange policy?
All items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. For more info, please consult our store policy.

My size isn't available on the website. Can I still order it?

Who is your shipping courier?
Orders within Canada are shipped through Canada Post U.S. & International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL
Are there any available promo codes that I can apply to my order?
All promo codes that may be applied to an order are generated from a previously returned item. Unfortunately, any promo codes from outside sources (i.e. Google, etc..) are unauthorized and cannot be used on an order. The best way to take advantage of Checkers Moda's discounted items and/or promotional sales is by signing up for our newsletter.
Will I be charged a sales tax?
Only Canadian orders are subject to a sales tax. Please consult the chart for additional information.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping and handling are free in Canada for sales over $200. 
Can I place my order by telephone?
Yes, you certainly can.  The process of placing your order online and by phone is exactly the same. ( Please note, we do not accept Amex as a method of payment by telephone.)
What are the accepted payment methods on your website?
